Blue-crowned Conure

Blue-crowned Conures are vibrant, intelligent parrots native to South America, particularly found in countries like Venezuela, Colombia, and Brazil. A diet relying mainly on seed mixes is too high in fat in addition to being deficient in vitamins A and D and calcium which will lead to health problems. Appropriate diets for pet parrots may include pellets, sprouts, a variety of fresh produce, and a small amount of seed.
